Her decades of experience and study in meditation, nutrition, energy medicine, bodywork, herbs, and movement creates a unique offering that feels like bringing the coveted yoga retreat home.
Shana Walt, mother, dancer, and master bodyworker, is certified in Craniosacral Therapy, Neuromuscular work and Prenatal Birth skills. She holds a field for deep nervous system regulation and calming and uses her two decades of experience in integrative practices to move us all towards embodiment and wholeness on all levels: physical, mental, spiritual and emotional. She is inspired by the movement and rhythms of nature and possesses a deep searching and understanding that freedom comes from the inside out.

10:30 AM Circle, introductions, mindful meditation and insights on seasonal, cyclical health
11:30 AM Transformational movement to support deep adrenal recovery and winter organs including Kidney/ Psoas, Upper Trapezius, Iliacus
12:45 PM Break
1:00 PM Lunch. Specially crafted to support winter wellness and the diverse spectrum of dietary preferences
2:15 PM Guided journal writing/setting of intentions/integrating the morning's work
